The front desk, staff and specialist were very helpful in demonstrating the way the “clamshell” body brace following my spinal surgery was to be properly tightened/adjusted, contrary to the advice of a hospital PA’s recommendations. They were patient, compassionate about my stress level, discomfort and received me unannounced just before noon. Impressed!
