As usual with any other doctor’s office I get the runaround about prior authorizations there’s a ton of paperwork and all this other nonsense. Left a message for an APRN who knows me who is written prescriptions for my sneakers in the past cuz I’m diabetic. Haven’t seen him in over a year The minute he saw my name he put the prescription in the computer they made the appointment three or four days later here I am at Yale surgical I walk in the door and they already came out with the exact shoe that I needed to replace the ones that are falling apart on my feet no fuss Good conversation everybody friendly got the job done in 10 minutes.
